Underground mining dump truck is an economical and highly-efficient tunnel transportation vehicle. Its application plays an extremely important role in simplifying mining process and promoting mine productivity.
Underground mining wagon is a type of machinery of mechanic transmission and trackless transportation. Underground mining wagon is of self-produced engineering head and hydraulic self-unloading, enjoying such advantages as compact structure, convenient operation, a small radius of steering, a strong climbing ability and a high transport efficiency.
Underground mining wagon can be tailored according to user demand, and can be optionally equipped with a hydraulic pressure steering device and an air-cut safety brake device.
Underground mining wagon uses an automobile chassis, characterized by comfortable driving, flexible and convenient operation, sturdiness and durability, safety and reliability, low breakdown rate, easy maintenance and less labor intensity of operators. Underground mining wagon mainly consists of diesel engine power system, transmission system, brake system, rack assembly, steering mechanism, electrical system, driving cab assembly, hydraulic elevating mechanism, and mining wagon operating mechanism. Users can select the engine according to their own need, e.g. 4100 engine, 4102 engine, 4108 engine. This machine type is applicable to various nonferrous mines, and its vehicle driving cabin and rear cargo box are thickened to effectively prevent various deformations from resulting from bumps. This machine has an attractive and decent outlook, and dual-hydraulic ram is used to hoist its cargo box, with a stronger stability and a larger unloading weight. We can tailor cargo-box sizes, wet-type brakes, air-cut brakes and other states according to customer demands. We have a KA qualification certificate awarded by the National Security Agency.
With a carrying capacity of 3, 5, and 8 tons respectively, underground mining wagon can be selected for purchase by customers according to their actual needs. Equipped with a big-power lamp, it has a larger lighting distance and visual distance, thus having a higher safety coefficient as an underground vehicle.
