Bent-rail side-dump mining truck is called side-dump mining truck for short, and it realizes automatic hopper dumping and resetting when unloading arm passes bent unloading rail during travelling; the mining truck features high efficiency and safe and reliable operation, its hopper is turned over and truck door is opened automatically for unloading when the mining truck is driven to bent rail by traction of haulage motor and other traction equipment, and its hopper will be reset automatically and truck door will be locked automatically after the truck passes bent rail.

Bent-rail side-dump mining truck featuring simple supporting facilities and efficient deslagging and transportation. Side-dump mining truck is driven by traction truck and winch, and can load materials together with drill, vertical-claw rock loader and chute-gate ore discharge system (ore size should not exceed 500 mm); the mining truck is driven to operational speed within 1 m/s by traction power according to load capacity after loading), and a special bent-rail unloading mechanism is adopted. Truck door is opened to the largest degree when hopper is dumped to horizontal at the largest unloading angle, and unloading of the mining truck is completed at this time. Truck door is automatically closed in place when the truck passes bent rail during return. There are 2 optional dump modes of the side-dump mining truck for users: bent-rail mode and hydraulic mode.

Bent-rail side-dump mining truck is mainly applicable to tunneling and construction for metallurgy, mine, coal mine, railway, highway tunnel, hydraulic culvert, underground level roadway, military culvert, etc.
