Hengli mining loader series are new-generation wheel loaders developed by our company. They have been researched and developed by our company independently by imitating and absorbing the advanced structures of domestic and overseas underground scooptrams and in connection with actual performance and purposes. This series of loaders are very similar to scooptrams in volume, but their working efficiency is closer to that of internal combustion scooptrams in the market, and their operating and working condition is far smaller than that required by internal combustion scooptrams. They can work under the operating condition of no less than 2.4 X 2.4 M section.

Hydraulic mechanical transmission device is adopted; the device is composed of hydraulic torque converter and power shift gearbox. Hydraulic torque converter matches with motor properly to make full use of motor power, increase input torque of motor and provide overall large tractive force.

Overall articulated bent frame is adopted. Overall turning radius is small to realize high flexibility; applicable to operation on narrow site.

Full hydraulic load sensing steering system composed of full hydraulic load sensing steering gear and priority valve is adopted, featuring easy, flexible and reliable steering. Smooth steering is guaranteed regardless of steering load and rotatory speed of steering wheel. In addition, the whole working process brings flow output by oil pump into full play to avoid power loss, improve system efficiency and operation rate, and saves fuel.

Hydraulic shift transmission is adopted to realize hydraulic control over working device as well as convenient and sensitive operation.
