Our underground scooptrams are mainly applied underground to shovel, load and transport post-explosion loose materials, and are also applied in railway, highway and other tunnel projects. Power system of this machine is driven by AC 380V and 45kW motor.

Hydraulic variable pump-variable motor-transmission gearbox-front and rear axles-driven by 4 rubber tyres.

Rotary bearing is connected with rear frame for swing. Cable rolling system is under control by hydraulic rolling valve to realize stable cable rolling pressure.

Special scraper cable is adopted to feature abrasion and pulling resistance. Working system is in operation under leading hydraulic control, facilitating easier and efficient scraper operation and lowering fault rate.

Emergency and parking brake adopts closed friction plate brake to conduct spring braking and release braking by hydraulic pressure, and braking will be actuated immediately in case of sudden power outage to ensure safety and reliability.)

This machine travels by cut-resistant smooth rubber tyres with front and rear axles driven simultaneously and under middle articulated steering; front bucket and front-dump underground roadway ore loading and transport equipment are applicable to stoping ore withdrawal and deslagging during roadway tunneling by stope caving method, open stope method, room-and-pillar method, shrinkage method, layered filling method, etc., can realize integrated operation of shoveling, loading, transportation and unloading, and feature advantages of compact structure, flexible, stepless speed control during driving, no exhaust gas pollution, etc.
